Wholehearted agriculture.
Slow Farm is a regenerative farm and botanical workshop—cultivating soil, resilient plants, and a lifelong home for our herd.
The Way We Work:
Patience over shortcuts. Soil over chemistry.
At Slow Farm, good stewardship means working with the land, not fighting it. We focus on native and drought-resilient botanicals, partnering with our animals as teammates who help build soil health in exchange for a secure, lifelong home. Every product that leaves our 1934 tobacco barn is ethical to its core—crafted from plants we grow and hand-process here, paired with fair-trade oils sourced directly from small growers who share our values.
Slow Goods
Concentrated botanical skincare handcrafted inside our renovated 1934 tobacco barn. We steam-distill and infuse native and drought-resilient plants grown on our land, pairing them with fair-trade and US grown oils. All natural, unhurried, and ethical down to the seed.
Grown & crafted right here.
Meet the Pigs
Our friendly Kunekune herd grazes our 47 acres (alongside brush goats chickens and waterfowl), cycling fertility and building living soil. In an industry that can have a disposable or transactional attitude towards animals, we value ours as life-long teammates in soil engineering.
54 lifetime resident pigs building soil.
Visit Slow Farm
We aren't a drop-in roadside attraction, but we love welcoming guests by appointment. Join us for an unhurried private farm tour to meet the grazing crew, or spend time in a small-group botanical and creative workshop. Come experience regenerative farm life at human scale.
