A note from the Slow Farmers:
Slow Farm is bringing its kunekune breeding program to a close after eight joyful years.
Our cherished kunes will remain an integral part of our farm, continuing their vital work in land management and topsoil creation. However, due to welfare concerns related to a saturated and trendy kunekune market, we will no longer have new litters after this spring.
This decision, driven by our deep love for these pigs, means we will be stepping away from the retail aspect of breeding. However, we remain committed to responsible kunekune care and recognize the significant contributions these pigs and serious breeders make to farming.
